USANational is a new online banking service built for immigrants. We currently offer debit accounts. More information available here.

Every time you use your debit card, the merchant is charged a fee by the card processor. USANational receives a percentage of this fee, known as interchange. In addition, our partner bank earns interest on deposits, and USANational receives a percentage of this amount. Together, these fees help to offset the costs of running our business and allow us to provide our customers with free debit accounts.

We offer a 100% digital neo bank experience to our customers. With USANational, there’s no need to visit a physical branch or fill out physical paperwork. You can open a deposit account account in minutes and manage all your finances from one simple platform.** Plus, our services are available 24/7, so you can make payments, view balances, and add and manage users anytime, anywhere. With USANational, you’ll have complete control of your personal finances. 

Opening a Deposit Account

The process of creating an account is simple and can be completed in just a few minutes. First, you will need to provide some basic information about yourself.  If you have any problems or questions, our customer support team is always available to help.

Once your application and account is approved, you will have the option to fund your account. Once funds are available in your account, you can use your account immediately.

You’ll need the following.

• Be over 18 years of age

• Have a social security number or ITIN number

• Have a government issued ID

• Have a home address

Currently we only support accounts opened by those currently in the United States. Once the account is opened, the Visa Debit Card can be used wherever Visa is accepted in the world.

You do not need to be a U.S. Citizen to open a debit account, but do need to have a social security number or ITIN number and be over 18 years of age.

Using Your Debit Card

You can give your account number to your employer for direct deposit. If you have an existing bank account, you can transfer money via to and from your account via a direct bank ACH transfer.

You can use your USANational debit card at an automated teller machine (ATM) to withdraw money from your checking account from anywhere at any time. You can also use your USANational debit card for purchases where ever Visa is accepted as a form of payment.

Security and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We have strict policies and procedures in place to safeguard your data, and we do not sell any information to third parties. However, there may be instances where we are required to share data for regulatory purposes, such as identity verification. In those cases, we take steps to ensure that only the minimum amount of information is shared and that it is done in a secure manner.  See our Privacy Policy.
